this building and the views on to golf course from the room

prices of drink at the bar could be a bit more competitive

have had a couple more staff members at the bar to provide additional support during covid times

was just perfect for my sister 40th the lodge was big and spacious and perfect for the kids to be able to make noise without disturbing anyone

all available at ground level - including bedrooms - and although there was a step into the cave bar - it was easy to overcome (although a grip rail there might be advantageous) lovely peaceful

the hotel provides a ev charger for £20 per night

check in was straightforward and the breakfast pre order worked well

clean we had a balcony the hotel seemed very busy but still had time to help us order a taxi ect breakfast was continental and very high quality, one of us is vegan and got some things in to make

the bar menu was a little pubby, the food when it came was mainly freshly cooked and of good quality

breakfast was excellent

my kids loved the hotel

only downside for a family traveller was the time limits on the the pool for the kids

breakfast was brilliant and the pool was very good for kids.

breakfast was great and we washed our clothes in laundry while we ate

love it, having the kitchenette with dish washer fridge was a huge plus 10 ud83cudf1f + from

all staff so friendly and helpful from check in to the cleaning staff and everyone at breakfast

having a kitchen in the room was really great extra bed to make it a room for 2 adults and 2 kids was great very comfortable and convenient for city

the staff were very friendly. free ev charging points.

the view from our room of the river and the golf course was an extra bonus

received a warm welcome, we had a lovely room overlooking the river and the room service dinner and breakfast were superb

no pen in the room to fill in room service!

wifi connection drops a lot.
