we liked the pool/waterpark area, the trampoline park and arcade, and the outside activities.
i liked how the water park didn't stink like chlorine and it was very clean
was cold in the building (like when you were walking around) and the parking lot (near entrance) is awkwardly placed (-) you could hear people walking out in the hallway all the way down to the parking lot from the 3rd floor (+)complimentary coffee. good parking. (-)made it a loud environment plus so close to the highway and got a flat tire do to stuff in the parking
the kids already can t wait to go back

and due to covid no pool hot tub or fitness room was open which was ok but i think the hotel should have maybe had a big discount for
the house keeping staff were very good, as well as the staff running the breakfast area
breakfast was warm and tasty

pool was cold, and lighting could be better very dark.
kids loved the pool
breakfast was good. the bar and grill was a little seedy, food so so.

the pool is very small but worked with the 3 kids but only one or two more would fit
tv lost connection while we were there and the pool was so small
pool should have been warmer. excessive noise from unruly guests.
would have loved for breakfast to go until 10am and the pool was quite small
the staff was exceptional! the fitness center was awesome!

no room service even though there is a restaurant and coffee shop on site.

we arrived about 730 pm , eight cars in the parking lot, when the gal came to the desk she was chewing
