we were never approached by a waiter once we were settled into a spot and had to walk to the bar a few times to put our order in

a starbucks and kids club could not be beat, the pools were clean and offered diversity in options

origen has truthfully good food quality, although the breakfast restaurant is capable of bringing you hot temperature strawberries and fruits along with

bell boys cleaned our car, efficient restaurant service, got our room early (11:00am) and had a late check out (2pm) at no extra cost

due to covid the entire restaurant menu was severed as room service, but the restaurants were open too
