pool was freezing and hopeless for kids.
wifi was a pain, it wasn't easy to connect my devices
wifi was almost useless, pool was so dirty it could not be used, plumbing was not in the best shape
place overal is great, the staff is very helpful and provide you all your needs, the gym has the necesary items to keep you updated and the room is very comfortable, the desk chair is
waiters, pesonnel, fast room service .... all the personnel deservs to be recognized

loved the comfy rooms and the spa is a definitely a must
front desk lady at the spa is extremely helpful and friendly

it was very cold in the room and as well in the pool area
good spacious rooms, nice breakfast and staff. pity that the gym was under re-construction.
the pool was cold, they turn it on after we told them but it takes more than a day to warm
the water of the pool wasn't hot, the hotel could improvement this.
the pool is not really for small children, but the water temperature was nice

the food was excellent and reasonably priced for room service
breakfast was good choice however not enough places to seat as sems to be a busy restaurant
we ordered from the bar a couple of nights and also did room service a few times
breakfast & room service were very good

the pool/ gym area were super nice and clean
indoor heated pool was being repaired and couldn't use it at all
no water in building , pool was a bit dirty , dirty windows to room
as if he wanted to charge a breakfast that is already included:d the first day i couldn't use the pool because was already booked
