the room was quiet and clean, the location was very close to the airport with complimentary shuttle service

nice little bar and dining area.

instead of having room service because there s so many chargers with it we went ahead and ordered it and they

large room, amenities, cleanliness, fridge, microwave etc. room service, cafe, etc.

appreciated the ev chargers (chargepoint)

i ordered room service and it came from across the street every day and it was always hot

restrictions meant a less awesome free breakfast than expected, of course this was not the hotels fault

no food or snacks except for breakfast.

there’s plenty of stuff to keep the kids busy at the hotel, they have a pool and an game room.

really appreciated the shuttle to concert and back to hotel :) although very close to airport the room was quiet

ev charger at doubletree spokane-city center is a single level 1 charger which needs to be shared

room service was awesome and prompt

staff was very friendly and early morning room service was prompt.

a baseball tournament going on so we had a noisy 2 nights with a bunch of ill behaved high school kids

road noise, kids with loud mufflers going up and down strip late at night.

of refined old world grandeur, very nice places to dine and have a drink, we took a dip in the pool and whirlpool, did some wine tasting next door, and enjoyed super comfortable beds and showers

the spa and the massage was so much needed and meet every expectation

pool ran out of towels, staff were called several times and no additional towels were brought to

new bar in the center of the lobby is very cool - however, it feels like the lobby is lacking places to

the spa/pool closing time at 10pm in a locked up beautiful place... should be 24/7 hours.

after a long 8 hour drive with little kids, i was really hoping for a relaxing evening, but instead it turned into a nightmare

the restaurant and bar had wonderful food and staff

kids cant eat in the area near the bar which is the only part with atmosphere so i suggest eating

we loved it! comfy and peaceful. had a drink and dessert in the bar and it was amazing!

i loved that the pool & gym were available 24 hours a day

the room was big enough for the whole family. beds for all kids.

the swimming pool is open 24 hrs.
