the furniture and the carpets in the rooms need updating as does the gym equipment.

gym is very antiquated and most of the equipment didn't work, my room was cold and i couldn't

i failed to book hotel, direct and was charged a parking fee, book direct and parking is free

plumbing very noisy, issue flushing the toilet and water leaking from shower/bath no ev charge point as advertised fire alarm went off at 5:50am, but no evacuation

bar staff and debbie at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful

you get access to the spa and gym while staying at the hotel, which is such a nice bonus

the staff were welcoming. there was a starbucks on the premises and an ev charger nearby.
