love the adult pool but needs more staff to serve the customers
upstairs bar open longer on 7th floor
we are so excited to bring our kids next time we stay
om the lobby to the room service, pool area staff, towel bar, henrietta's and also the pool store)
i left the property and they were loading my bags, he even noticed on the day of arrival i had a golf travel bag and that it was missing from what was being put in my car

laundry equipment did not work properly
beautiful rooms, clean, and with the necessities. pool and breakfast were great for the kiddos!
facility did not have soap to be able to buy for laundry
after sometime i myself asked if they have bucket so that we can fill up the hot water from kitchen tap
breakfast; however it is the same as 99% of hotels in the usa

more breakfast choices or rather change them up every day. cook top available by default.
the pool was nice, breakfast was good and there was always hot coffee available

the rooms carpet was very dirty with multiple stains and my kids could not walk around barefoot because of the dirt in the carpet

everything was really clean and good place to stay . except that the pool had not been clean
