parking situation is horrible

ud83cudf89 all of the staff in the hotel, valet, spa, casino, restaurants and gift shop were all very pleasant

pool is nice but girl at bar wasn t very friendly

the pool is almost an afterthought

enjoyed the breakfast, friendly staff, very clean and loved our room / stay

unfortunately, due to covid, the pool was not open

a little run down, but it is the best of the in town options with all of the stuff you want (ie gym, pool, starbucks, location, food)

pool out of service, construction ongoing in the lobby and high level of dust and dirt in the

cots only an air mattress for my child and pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay

my daughter had a gymnastics meet in the arena at 7:45am on a friday morning, so the fact that the hotel was

breakfast was not prepared and there was no staff available to refill anything.

is a shred hotel with tru so lots of people at breakfast at the same time, suggest earlier 6am for those in a hurry like me usually up early

nice rooms, nearly full kitchen facilities, great shower, comfortable beds

pool area was significantly smaller than what it looked like in the picture- but it was still a

was a lot of hallway noise, but there were also a lot of kids in the hotel the weekend we stayed

room super clean. grounds well kept. full breakfast in the morning.

everything was nice. clean, great breakfast, pool was clean, staff were helpful.

no fault to the hotel, but covid. had to schedule gym use time.

the pool was closed .

they also extended the courtesy of late check out at no extra charge

at this time as you can imagine kids and i are grumpy tired in annoyed

on two different floors so my kids were on one floor and we were on the other floor i did not like

rooms around us were occupied by very loud kids

wet hallways from kids running through halls from pool

also, breakfast was okay but the instant eggs are

to the highway, very nice room, large shower, super clean room, heated pool, nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, etc
