was absolutely terrific, friendly,helpful and a pleasure to have meet with, checking with your parking needs and just bringing a smile to everyone's

coffee machine didn't work and room service didn't arrive when it was supposed to

great bar on the premises which is open late enough to have a drink if you're late back from a day of

staff were very helpful, room was spotless, the bar food also was very nice and reasonably priced

kids kept waking up with doors banging loudly

the room was a great size and very clean and the menu had plenty of choice for adults and kids and was delicious too

family room was so spacious kids loved it

also birthday cookies included in room

we go here as a treat without the kids

wifi/loss of phone signal in our initial room think it was 103 or 107

for small kids, breakfast was top class and the grill restaurant was excellent

few more disabled parking spaces near the hotel entrance would be appreciated
