the outdoor pool was still under repair in mid may, and it was 90d out.
do your own washing do not go on vacation to wash and dry laundry

very convenient to colonial area. the free shuttle was nice, as well.

the shuttle dropped us off and picked us up at a famous restaurant nearby and the driver gave us lots

we liked: pet friendly very approachable staff very helpful staff ev charging station nice and facility amanda from the restaurant beside the hotel
our room was near the housekeeping and we believe the smell was just laundry facilities
we did have an issue with the laundry services
they have a pool but we were only there for a night and got there late do we didn’t get to use it

there pool was open but i didn't use it the staff was so nice i asked for extra pillows and before i

room service was very poorly staffed. once we received the food it was great.
alarm went off at 2 am- phone was not working well cut in and out when calling for room service and bathroom tiny for
eggs on breakfast bar taste fake.
the bar area was great and so was the pool area
room service didn't get the order correct. by the time they corrected it the food was cold.
