parking is terrible and often you have to park out in a rough old piece of field opposite

spa was great, food amazing

bar was blocked by the locals who didn t move out of the way so we could access the bar - found

breakfast was a complimentary breakfast in your room that you could take away and we did not expect

comfortable rooms with great wifi good food and generous breakfast

there was a function in the bar/restaurant but the staff made sure guests of the hotel had a space in the bar to eat

even not getting a cooked breakfast did not spoil the stay.

this spa relly does beat the rest

whilst i did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast,, i found it odd that the restaurant only offered a 'table d' hotel' menu from which one

dinner and breakfast excellent, nothing too much trouble

and checked in late and so in the morning we missed our breakfast time, but he made sure that my kids did not go hungry and organised it very well

it was so hot and on the first night very noisy. i think we mist have been above the bar there.

real ale in the bar obviously does not sell very well as the pint i had was vinegar.

if you take kids the swimming times are quite restrictive.

i especially enjoyed the pool, wish i could've swam more

if we're paying nearly 400 a night then it would be nice if the spa / pool / gym was more welcoming to children over the age of 8yrs old

most hotels have wifi with a simple password

late check out was a bonus as my meeting was cancelled

size rooms very comfortable and clean bar restaurant area nicely set out and clean food quality very good and very good value for money

the meal and drinks we had in the bar were very good
