were disappointed by the room service - provided by chop steakhouse as referred by the front desk

i booked a joined room with out knowing, then around 11 pm kids from next room started making noise a lot while we were trying to sleep for tomorrow s early

was more too do with the noise especially in the evenings when you had kids running up and down corridors which brought others to front door

how you couldnt access the elevator from the pool/gym because of the renovations

only thing, my kids were abit disappointed there was no water slide, but they still enjoyed swimming

complaint i have was that we had a king suite which had a full kitchenette but there were no utensils, cups, plates etc
