the room was beautiful with a lake view, the dinner, bar and grill were all exceptional and breakfast too

breakfast was extensive in range with every taste considered and buffet and menu options

shower enclosure was tiny no room service in lodges

pool packed with kids with big inflatable toys

location is really picturesque, the facilities in the gym and pool were really clean and well equipped, the staff were super friendly and helpful and our

breakfast delicious

lovely hotel, well maintained with excellent staff. the pool facilities and gym were spotless

could be a better gym but not a major issue outstanding staff and beautiful interior

price for room service.

the carpark has a number of ev chargers which i was able to use to charge overnight making it even easier - big bonus

loved the ev charging spots, facilities on site were good.

breakfast was delicious, a great selection each morning, and we had the sunday carvery it was

arrived on the friday evening and there was kids swimming lessons on

ordered room service but there was missing sandwiches which were shown on the bill - the waiter came later

we have children ourselves and don t mind a bit of fun but these kids were next level and staff didn t intervene either to tell them to quieten down

very relaxing, good food & excellent spa & pool. didn t want to leave.

there is ample parking and all quite close to the main entrance

the shuttle is very frequent though from what i could see

spa is amazing, breakfast brilliant

i loved the history and the grounds also whcih the driver of the shuttle taxi explained

to be fair to the hotel redeemed itself the 2nd night when we ordered food from room service

the shuttle bus takes too long to pick up

great rooms, great staff and ev charging

the breakfast wasn't great .but the bar food was excellent

great facilities, gorgeous rainfall shower, smart tv in room and good wifi

food in the bar was great and i so enjoyed my caesar salad and burger on the 2 nights i dined

the breakfast was abit poor looked like a kids meal
