the staff (adela, in the morning) solved a challenging frustrating situation- the spa area was not functional- she booked us any available slots for the spa area in the nearby

sauna and spa were under renovation. area has quite a few pickpocketers.

we booked a room with a pull-out sofa, which worked well for kids staying with parents

it's a full service hotel, including a restaurant (didn't try it), a spa and an underground parking, which is expensive but precious if you arrive by car

have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room as there isn't really a proper bar , just room service

there was a young waiter who served drinks in the pool area that was not friendly at all - he would barely acknowledge your existence and really
