you needed to pay extra for spa. gym was not open.

the spa is amazing and good value for money.

amazing spa hotel. spotlessly clean and staff were amazing

the room was spacious and the breakfast generous, with all sorts of fruit, bread, patisserie, coffee, etc

the spa isn't great. i had a substandard massage but the hotel were amazing and took money off.

no bar service in the swimming pool, no cocktails or bar at night to drink something after dinner

the plunge pool is also divine

bar wasn't open but this is probably due to it being low season so it's not a negative point

it is a bit old, the pool was not that clean

easy parking

small and quiet place with free parking and well located, close to beautiful beaches.

we arrived late and at first the surroundings felt a bit unusual in the dark, especially while parking, but everything was absolutely fine and in the morning it looked completely safe and

location, plenty of free parking, right next to the walkway to san jose, easy /secure access, handy mexican restaurant in

facilities are not 5-star, there are only 2 restaurants, there is a spa without staff, and breakfast is okay for 4 stars, not 5

the gym is very minimalistic

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but would be

great hotel, nice indoor pool, all v clean

room service extra cost, food costs in pool bar, 20 for a low quality badly cooked burger was

the endesa ev chargers near the hotel worked perfectly for charging overnight

breakfast was good and staff super friendly

would recommend this place when travelling with kids

you service that in the peak of the hot season when you don't want a hot tub so much but the pool to cool off in

loved veggies, fresh fruits, fresh juice, excellent breakfast and dinner

many pools to enjoy, beach so close, and rooms were very nice

bar snack were rather poor, fries where cold on both occasions
