outside pool is a great place to relax

lake views, huge lobby, good breakfast, fast wifi

wifi was stable and fast

nice facilities such as spa, gym and swimming

also, the bars shut quite early but the spa was open til 2am

the laundry service deserves praise: punctual and of excellent quality

clean and spacious. good wifi connection.

such as automatic toilets and various switches for curtains etc, well stocked minibar, good room service

gym/pool were excellent

the highlight of my stay was the lobby bar (woo bar)

swimming pool closed. bar staff very friendly but not able to make the advertised cocktails,

for a non-smoking room but there's definitely residual smoke smell in the room (which went away after i left

the gym facilities were well kept with a wide variety of equipment

complained about pool and asked for gm, 2 front staff with little english came to room and refused to assist

the lobby toilet heavy smoking smell

free laundry

hotel does smelled of cigarettes smell when we entered, the rooms are old and the tv and wifi reception often

also, no self-service laundry facility

wifi download/upload speed slow.

breakfast was bad. not the best wifi.

location at the city center nice and modern hotel very clean only breakfast not many choices and cery limited

clean and new! great breakfast and comfortable beds. walkable to shantang street too!

breakfast wasn't great

wifi, sometimes stuff knocked on the door for no reason? (not cleaners)

breakfast was really good!

laundry and shared space are available

gu su district of suzhou, not much groceries nearby, but a vending machine was available near the laundry room

room service, the canteen located on the ground floor refused to serve food at 3pm

should be a rack for towels in the restroom; the breakfast room's windows are always open, even in the cold

ud83dude0b free laundry if you need to wash and dry your clothes

being forced to wear a swimming cap in the hotel pool.

although food was stipulated as available via room service it proved impossible to access due to language

furthermore, i purchased a service at the spa in the hotel

great location and huge lovely pool and gym

very slow wifi
