i mopped the vinyl floor on bath and kitchen area first night because i could tell it was dirty

beds were very uncomfortable. smoke odor on our non-smoking floor.

had to go to the desk for everything, toiletries, tp, kitchen not supplied at all

although the hotel was smoke free, guests were definitely smoking in the hallways

asked for a smoking room and found out later it was a non smoking room and the rooms are not posted as to

- the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be no smoking hotel

it was pet hair on the beds and i seen a bed bug on one of the beds

i chose a smoking room because i smoke and the room looked and smelled clean.

the only good thing was it was a pet friendly hotel and we didn t have an issue with our dogs

parking lot is in need of maintenance and entrance is hard to find . signage could be better

not cancel because of something on our end, i could not risk bringing bed bugs home or having my kids getting

plenty of parking spaces. helpful staff. clean. gym and pool hours convenient.
