our floor to ceiling windows yielded a gorgeous view of the pool, rooftop bar, amalie center, downtown skyline, and tampa bay

the hotel staff upgraded me to a king spa room that had a huge tub looking out on floor to ceiling windows over the harbor

room service was exceptional

ordered room service, it was an extra $5

ich i did to go downstairs to do laundry in the early evening and wasn't going to take 2 dogs with me to the laundry room)

room service was great. fast and food was delicious.

the restaurant was excellent and the rooftop pool with bar was perfect

had to pay for wifi. everything needs wifi now and to have to pay $30 a day for wifi is terrible

quiet room and were 2 doors from the elevator and could hear the street noise and noise from the pool area above

the pool bar seemed a tad understaffed on a busy sunday before a holiday.

do laundry eat your money

the ice machine/ laundry room was locked the whole time

the sink it was just a dirty place and bugs and cockroaches the room we are in next door was the laundry room and the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't even sleep and then the last night

laundry area was very clean/new machines

pool close very soon.

they do have free local shuttle service within 3 miles which is nice but somewhat unreliable along with a $15 food credit

we had breakfast there and it was a wonderful experience

staff was pleasant and breakfast was an extra

only negative was that the laundry is not coin operated but requires an app that for some reason is not available for download
