great continental breakfast

we had the spa tub which was very nice and a great walk in shower

loved the spa bath

room was very nice, clean, and spacious

the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. perfect breakfast.

also has laundry, a pool and a hot tub

the included breakfast was good too

isn’t the hotels fault but we were bummed the pool and breakfast bar wasn’t open

applebee's connected to property. pool fun for kids close to downtown newport.

$30 resort fee per day to use pool and wifi - really

wifi was spotty and i couldn t find a place to work since a convention was there and they took up

lot of really great ideas here for families - roasting marshmallows, movie night with popcorn for kids, indoor pool, tea time, etc

microwave, bed was not that comfortable abit hard no room service not even cleaning which i understand covid restrictions but someone could of nock on

i really enjoyed the bed, pool, restaurant near by and the price!

it was nice my kids enjoyed the pooli

heated pool, new fitness center and great samsung plus channels if you like top notch movies

there were plenty of things to do for the kids (pool, river, basketball court).

place was nice,,pool was great!! waffles were good..laundry for guest was good
