shower a little narrow for a big dude. pool on ground floor along a walkway, very visible.

the gym and pool were small but just what we needed

breakfast was ok. good coffee. lack of variety with muffins and donuts.

yes, the breakfast is great and the bed is very good.

the gym equipment was broken. lifecycle in particular. but no one was in the gym!

asked a cleaning lady who was cleaning two doors down for sheets and and she told me to go to the laundry room to get a set of sheets

it's a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff clean rooms, there's laundry here one dryer and one washer, a couple of vending machines, and ice machine

there were also kids running around screaming at 2am and visible drug deals

was barely cleaned, had to go to laundry room to request a spread, floor & mirror dirty, fridge left open (to defrost maybe

room was clean,no pet fee,quiet,price

they left bags of bath towels outside of our door instead of taking them to the laundry area which seams weird and lazy they were outside for two days made the stay look more

also, no laundry facility

the sheets and the blanket (which was folded on a shelf and smelled fresh from the laundry) were stain free, crisp and freshly washed

breakfast could have been better

get hot for me too shower we just stayed there for the outdoor pool i used to work there in laundry when it was days inn overall it was ok one thing i was upset about no microwave in

wifi password not shared during the check-in process

there was no wifi offered

front desk no wifi motion sensor i the room i covered it the lights kept going on and off i the bathroom the room

had to ask for the wifi password and she acted like i was just supposed to know it

kitchen sink faucet spewing water everywhere

fries from the kitchen did not look presentable it looked like it was cooked in old grease

we visited the cafe bar and the bartender was attentive and engaging

kids loved ping pong, pool and hotter

excellent for families with young kids and/or teenagers who love to sky

breakfast was just coffee, juice, muffins and danish. there was a cereal choice but nothing hot.

1 of the 2 rooms were ready for early check in so we all left our luggage and attended an event at the college

i couldn’t do keep with the loud kids in the plaza

(also a group of kids were “parcor-ing” outside of the hotel and there was banging and a lot of noise from them

friendly staff, great location for visiting kids at temple. roma are big and clean, great wifi.

didn’t try the food there but the bar area looked nice

comfortable and clean. nice fitness center.

from the room, to location, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, and fitness was exceptional

we felt safe walking to and from the center, and we had a good lunch at the bar downstairs

the hotel bar closed at 10:30pm
