outdoor pool needs to have more than three lounge chairs

the fitness equipment was broken & the treadmill was old & needed repair

even though the rooms are simple, they have tv, wifi, refrigerator, microwave and duvets rather than bedspreads

easy to get to the hotel and plenty of parking close to the hotel

out of the hot food for continental breakfast (omelets and sausages

the breakfast was a little sparse, but they had coffee!!

pool was not available the next day early enough to swim and had to check out at 11 am the pool

the parking lot and the exterior of the facility

the wifi was fast, and the staff was incredible

parking right in front of room was nice

the property was pet friendly there was no mention that would be a charge for having a pet

there were people hanging out in the parking lot and arguing bit they quieted down after 11pm

get some new pillows, they were as flat as the parking lot

only thing that i can say i didn t like was the parking situation

walking distance to several restaurants burger king , wendy's , sonny's bbq , walmart etc , very pet friendly

is pet friendly and is right off the interstate

covers were very wrinkled as if they had been in a laundry basket for a while but bedding was clean

the smoking room

room had wood floors which we appreciated knowing it was pet friendly which makes it easier

had no smoking room however other guest were in walkway goungn to room sitting in chairs from room smoking

11:30 i was told i couldn t check in until 3pm watch my email said 12 then he told me i had a smoking room

the fact that booking.com was supposed to book a non smoking room but they booked a smoking room

breakfast was good

breakfast had so many options to choose from

what i liked most was that they had truck parking

i realize i have to pay extra for pets but did not like paying $30 extra for my two pets

there was ample parking for my truck and trailer

i booked non smoking rooms, but upon arriving, that was all they had. did not stay there.

parking lot is not truck driver friendly

they had no quarters or soap for the laundry facility

big disappointment for the kids

used the gym - it was serviceable
