couldn't sleep due to room right next to laundry room and front desk

family and i liked that the location made laundry and food services accessible

no working microwave for customer use. golf course was in sad condition

comfortable beds. gym was nice with total body equipment for a good workout.

staff very friendly. room service prices were great

hotel is very clean, the pool was lots of fun for the children, and the gym was very well equipped

very long walk for my disabled father from the parking lot to the actual building

had to ask for pots and cutlery for kitchen use

kitchen could have had more dishes and utensils

there is no breakfast, which was fine as, after all, you're in taos, so there's michaels kitchen, the taos diner, all sorts of options

having a mini-kitchenette was also very nice

there was no microwave but the staff encourage us to use the kitchen and dining room which was perfect

the best bar tender in town

gym was subpar

lovely place lots of nostalgia in older section,, music every night in bar area.

the staff went above and beyond. access to an ev charger was key. the location was excellent.

one issue we encountered was an unexpected pet fee: $35 for our dog (in addition to the extra charge for a pet-friendly room, which is $20
