night, the hotel and room in general needed refreshing, lots of scuffs and scratches on the wall, wifi was slow,

and went out of their way to make it a great experience for us even giving us complimentary late check out for all our guest

place to explore and the hotel is about a 20 minute drive, there is a park and ride option as parking in the city centre is very expensive

breakfast was very, very nice

breakfast had closed nearly an hour earlier than their signs stated, so i had no food.

breakfast was cold .should wait until one orders it before they cook it.

to be honest nothing .everything was fine a good parking space with all basic amenities.

i have a van there was plenty of parking and there was youtube netflix on tv which was good

location is outstanding with the outside bar area being alongside the river made for a great evening

rooms were very hot even with a window open, but all room facilities were excellent, as was the breakfast

size room exactly as described / pictured great vibe in bar and restaurant all day and

poor wifi which meant i could not complete my work

when we spoke to manger about shower problem he apologised and offered us a free breakfast which was very kind of him

the room was very basic,no information sheet with wifi, check out details etc

the parking is a bit tight and you could easily pass the car park entrance.

window blinds not sufficient in width / or working properly to shade from sunlight or people parking and walking outside

very good selection on the bar menu and food was great

ambience - the bar was very nice.

signal was not great in my room to be able to hotpot and you had to pay 10 to use the wifi

there is a sauna and gym, which we didn't use

the spa was amazing. just such a lovey cozy xmasy feel. looking to come again soon

the garden rooms are quiet and comfortable with parking available outside the door

plenty of parking, very clean and modern room with all the right facilities.

accommodation, staff and restaurant absolutely great. wifi reach was poor.
