our wifi didn't work for the entire 7 day stay despite them saying it was fixed

wifi worked ok in the bathroom, but was intermittent at the desk and in bed

pool on rooftop terrace is rather small & the terrace area could be more inviting.

no wifi on the final morning. bit of noise from the next door rooms.

big, stylish, modern room, with a balcony (the wifi was also quite good on the balcony

swimming pool was not heated, nothing else. shoutout to the sangria cursus!!

breakfast felt a bit cheap - quantity over quality

style breakfast and evening meal had great variety and plenty of fresh food

for example person who was delivering room service wasn t able to discuss with us why there was a problem

thought i'd say this, but the swimming pool was much too warm

the parking entrance is extremely narrow and difficult

big apartment, free parking at the hotel. clean. good breakfast. friendly stuff.

clean, big space, very good continental breakfast, very near to main bus station of la palma.
