the value was good, room size + appliances and wifi were good for this kind of motel.

laundry is on the pricier side ($2 a load) (+) newer carpets and furniture, upscale stone lined bathroom, new machines in laundry room on property, , good linens & bed, accommodating staff, room nicely appointed (+) laundry and ice machine available (+) laundry is available (-)laundry area could use some tlc (-)laundry machine didnt work, bathroom was dirty (-)very shabby, body wash dispenser was empty, laundry room filthy. after typing in (-)bearable), rude front desk staff with a scary dog, no coffee/breakfast available at 7am, filthy laundry room with a dryer i had to run twice

were in a truck and the parking lot was a little cramped, but it wouldn't deter me from staying there again in the future

the parking lot had so much snow and there was no snow removal any of the days we were there.

the owner kept breakfast open for us, as we slept in.

needs a pool!!

greatly appreciated the extra amenities (breakfast, tesla ev charger, smores for the kids)

the excersize room with the variety of equipment was a plus as well as the guest laundry area

as advertized--no swimming pool for the kids, nothing to do for kids, should be advertized as especially for seniors (not families), dated,

also there are gardens, live music, and (while there is no pool) they have a splash pad for the kids

coffee machine in room, the pool has no water in it and it sounds like a large water tank is constantly filling, really loudly,

pool was closed and the weather was already hot

the spa bath was big enough for my partner and i to relax comfortably together in it

the swimming pool was not up and running- one of the main reasons i picked this hotel

the pillows were nice, and the pet fee was the most reasonable i’ve ever found.
