pool is not accessible to people with disabilities

the breakfast was great for the kids; pastries, cereal, toast, etc

wifi didn't work in our room

fact that people were letting off fireworks in the hotel parking lot right behind where are cars were

breakfast only fair

it d be awesome if the pool was up and running!

hoping the pool will be open this summer

we had no hot water, cable or wifi.... i was very disappointed

understaffed, tv -14 shows on all 4 days at breakfast and we're scaring our young kids

room smelled bad, key wouldn t work on outside door & kids were screaming 2nd night right across from us

) wall with the gym and hearing people was a bit unnerving

always love to stay at west plains motel . awesome free breakfast !!

parking lot needs some work in areas. this was my biggest complaint

taxes ,the staff is nice , speaks english that i can understand, and the location is great and breakfast is

motel kept in decent shape with free breakfast (biscuits and sausage gravy) and a laundry washer and dryer

outside appearances could be better. parking lot needs markings.
