4 days before leaving, we paid for a laundry service, and we got our brand new clothes back like a washcloth

staff were very helpful and even moved my motorbike inside for parking overnight

wifi was sketchy and unreliable, mentioned to staff but issue wasn't resolved

the breakfast was excellent and the coffee and juices really tasty
