the area is a bit dodgy - the parking lot at the back of the building atrracted peculiar people who were shouting, talking loudly
the parking lot is maintained and is covered with snow and ice, especially near the disabled parking
of money , staff are super friendly, room was clean and comfortable bed , good options of hot breakfast
daughter was excited about the pool. the beds are comfy and the breakfast was okay.
the pool was very very cold. we couldn't even get in it all the way because it was so cold.

thur, fri, sat nights are all college going out nights right out the window, and a lot of college kids stay there
