bar tender in the hotel bar was rude

close to restaurants / bar / shops

5:30 am wake up with kids running up and down the halls could have been managed better

i love they have a kids playground outside the hotel

the rooms were beautiful. bar was really nice! really clean. etc.

breakfast was amazing

only issue is parking,

the bar fridge was fairly empty

there wasn't a table in the room, wasn't very comfortable when it came to ordering room service, and having no

freezing in the rooms, elevators were broken and the drink we ordered for room service were

was dirty to begin with, spent 6 days and requested room service on day 3 after a spill on the bedding

the lack of prompt room service by the staff

lot of the extras such as fridge, ice bucket, coffee machine, pool, gym and restaurant

friendly staffpool

the parking lot had lots of big pot holes. you had to maneuver around them to go anywhere.
