laundry room

bugs everywhere and left over laundry from previous guest. pics are not of rooms they have.

booked 2 beds and got 1 bed for me and my 28 year old son, microwave was disgusting, i booked a kitchen so i could cook, nothing worked , this was a very very bad stay, drugs being sold at night

noticed screws were all around the room and the microwave was rusty, and the hot water in the lil kitchen didn't work

the laundry comes back still stained and dirty

their laundry room was high priced and the ice machine was always broken 3

professional staff and housekeeping etc, location, on-site laundry, close to local transportation if you need it

everything was good i didn't have a problem wit nothing just wish for a inside pool..

check in, you are responsible for anything you may want or need from toiletries to doing your own laundry even towels and bedding

i had to dig through a nasty bin with other dirty laundry to prove to her about the number of

the pool was not accessible, and the laundry room was way to small for the amount of people here

is always good customer service and they meet all request ,the rooms very clean never yet had breakfast because of the covid 19 but i pretty sure it would also be great

pull out sofa had blood stains on it and no sheets to cover for my kids and springs were coming through

they had a gym that looked nice i didnt have time to use it

as clean friend attentive and my pocket isn't broke by the time my stay is done so fair price the laundry is affordable mabye should put stackable on each floor but they have washer n dryer 2/2 on

i didn't like there was not a wide variety of food to choose from at the breakfast bar.

was kind of disappointed that the bar was not open while i was there for my stay but could be a seasonal thing

under the tv so u could relax instead of sitting in bed up right an leave was in the beautiful pool u can see i need

they had a little bar area in the lobby with a pool table and it was really nice

breakfast, nice pool, great locations to restaurants and shopping

kids loved that it had a pool

staff, pool for the kids, great restaurants within walking distance and really close to micklers beach

sofa bed where my kids slept.

poor staff knowledge of what is going on in the area. no room service until after 5 pm.

traveled with our 2 young children and we love to have the kids sleep on the pull out bed while we slept in the separate king bed

not liking time set for the pool

breakfast besides coffee, juice and water would be nice to have as an option as well for the kids

ac worked great, very close to everything. ton fun things to do with the kids

one of the kids got glass in his foot walking beside the pool. the vending machines didnt work.

this was suppose to be a relaxing vacation before kids begin school

appreciated the one ev charger and that the staff was willing to locate the customer parked incorrectly in the spot and

they did have a laundry which was nice and the property seemed to be well maintained

laundry facility was a headache if the machines require change than front desk should have change

the next wasn’t ready - no sheets, pile of laundry on desk
