be a nice hotel to stay in if only they mop the floors and get a better cleaning service for laundry and put fluffier pillows on the beds

i had to go knock on the laundry room door to get clean bedding n change my own

i had my puppy with me and the manager waived to pet fee for me

the fact that i had to pay a pet fee every week.

there were signs for a pool but i didn’t check it out because i don’t swim and it rained the whole time

joined room with the worse quest ever i had a migraine which i suffer with and they had about ten kids lord and it made my stay awful it was nothing the staff did but i tried calling front desk

in the carriage house- absolutely beautiful and loved that we had our own kitchen and living room

they didn't have breakfast while they were supposed to.

we had room service two of the three nights and the food was awesome

the staff at the rooftop bar unfortunately was less than welcoming.

i loved the view of the river and i had a great time on the rooftop bar with amazing views!

the roof top bar is the best in the city

microwave not offered, no menus in room with times room service ended

the only con was the distant to the pool. everything was so nice

and room service left outside other door for 3 days of our stay and smelled

we stayed near the rooftop bar and mexican restaurant on site

valerie in the bar created my favorite authentic italian manhattan

the lobby bar area very comfortable and clean

south end of historic savanah district, walkable to the rest of the district and they do have a shuttle for the area

there was a happy hour at the bar 4-7 daily

shuttle service was excellent, teri very obliging
