pool broken unable to use

very good breakfast: the omelet was delicious

the breakfast was hot and fresh. the desk staff was helpful and friendly.

breakfast was ok, the hot items were a little hard around the edges

breakfast service states it starts at 6:30 but actually hot food doesn?t start until 7:00.

it was a place to sleep and they don't charge pet fees.

left within a hour of checking in to find a better place for my kids

he went into the laundry room and folded some towels from the dryer for me

the breakfast and 5:30 kickback was great with young kids

the gym was kind of small and not very inviting.

the pool and hot tub , the laundry facilities, and rooftop patio were all great

we ordered room service from the fabulous restaurant downstairs and it was delivered quickly

out of spa rooms and gave us a handicapped room with a normal bath which isnt what we paid for

only complaint was the in-room breakfast in the morning

long time to get car from valet, needs another bar or restaurant perhaps!

i was right next to the ice maker, elevator and the gym, and the view was terrible

big room in the entry to hang out and talk with other travellers where you could have coffee and breakfast

the breakfast options provided for the morning were great, and the coffee was excellent

towels were provided and while i didn't take advantage of the breakfast, the granola bars were readily available

monday leaving i put in for late check out at four

my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed
