it was nice to have a full use of the kitchen and common areas

the owner/manager and the bar staff adjoining were most pleasant and very helpful

we didn't know how to get ice, then when we went down to the bar they seemed super confused about why i needed ice but still provided it

com did not notify the hotel about our early check in request so when we called the poor virtual concierge had to rush over to the hotel

could use a microwave and a bigger bar fridge

the room was spacious and quiet and the spa tub was awesome

liked the spa tub as well as the location

the spa bathtub was amazing even though the jets weren't very strong

was big and has spa jacuzzi

station in the lobby - very convenient (although the hot water was never hot and i had to ask the bar staff to provide hot water for tea)

the food was good and having the atrium with the jungle gym and all the other entertaining things was the best thing for my kid

liked the hotel bar and food. kids enjoyed climber water slides and indoor courts.
