i didn't like that the pool close ar 10

breakfast swimming pool game room

we loved the customer service and the breakfast and the soap was awesome.

breakfast was excellent

booked 2 rooms here for my husband and i and our 6 kids

complimentary breakfast was not there due to covid but you could have at least put out wrapped muffins, fruit,

to the room (well taken care of) as well as friendliness at the front desk and availability of breakfast items and cookies

pool was absolutely unusable

environment, great breakfast staff veronica, very very helpful front desk staff members and easy access to freeways

bed was amazing i slept like i haven’t in years, and my daughter loved the pool we had a great time

kitchen was very good, but would have been better if it had a few dishes, etc

spacious king suite, vanity, washroom separate from restroom, balcony by pool, kitchen and pool setting

no guest laundry

staff is nice, rooms are well furnished, breakfast is good.

to severe weather 2 other friends were able to stay with me and safely park their camper on the property

the rooms were more than spacious, breakfast was impressive

i certainly didnt feel i was treated like onec i am supose to be able to get early check in and late check out when i asked for late checkout you would have thought i was asking them to cut off

the gym area had limited equipment of which half of it was non functional/ broken

the breakfast was not okay i went at 8:25 am n their was no gravy i had to dig on the pan sorry

quiet & pool was nice.

the breakfast it was close to nine o'clock and my kids were in line to get breakfast and the staff trashed some of the food right in front of them

out staff didn’t seem too concerned of issue with toilet, dingy smell of room and wet carpet in kitchen area underneath cabinet where keurig is placed

was too noise from the others guests it was like they was hitting the walls or something n kids running outside in the hallway, i stay with my parents n we was trying to get sum zzz we got

pet fee was $75. room was not very clean.

can't rate gym, because i did not use

it was spacious to be with kids in there

it sounded like weights were being dropped and someone doing gymnastics

great location. very comfortable bed. reasonable pet fee of $10.

accommodated our late check out so i could have extra time with my texas tech graduate

things that need improvement: guest laundry washing machines need to be cleaned monthly with a tablet (lots of mold/gunk in inner rim),

the pool was crowded

the gym was not clean enough to use and had a foul smell about it

the kids love the pool and the breakfast yummy

coffee was available 24/7 and the gym was also open 24/7

great location with a parking lot that was well lit

no info was given about wifi or breakfast in morning

the breakfast was a pretty standard continental affair but adequate

waffles for breakfast. nice homey place.

the staff were all friendly and kind, they even gave me a room overlooking the parking lot after noticing that i parked near the cameras

leaving before we could enjoy the indoor pool! :)

pool was closed for heater repair, supposedly for the weekend; however i read in a previous review

we booked this property for the reason that they had an indoor pool for our kids

the roaches nothing worked in kitchen

didn't work in the kitchen or by bed, the toilet wouldn't flush, i had to go to the office every day to get the key

it was a kitchenette and upstairs on the corner so nice and quiet

the kitchenette was a nice feature, but i was unable to find any utensils, neither to eat with, nor

no laundry room

second room with a kitchen the fridge, stove very greasy and filthy

breakfast was amazing and a good selection. indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids.

the breakfast was hot and fresh, my boys loved the waffles, good variety to choose from.
