the property was cleaned everything was in perfect order i was able to use the kitchen which was great because i love homemade

a basic room with a digital lock opening in to three bedroom apartment with one shared bath and a kitchen

i thought i was getting a room with a shared full kitchen like i requested in the picture

great bar and dining area that encompasses the experience of the location

so close to all residential halls, perfect to spend a couple of days visiting northwestern kids

the bar and restaurant were used daily and were very nice

the bar and staff were very personable

extremely friendly staff. great that the fitness center was open 24 hours a day.

or proximity to nw campus was further than some hotels, but nice to not have to pay for parking, and it was in quiet area, which was good too

parking is no hassle at all, ample amount of free space

breakfast was the worst part there was nothing for us to eat at all not even for kids no cereal nothing, i paid $280/night for the garbage service

the suites are like home since they include a full kitchen and the beds are always comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep

small gym with not much equipment

the kitchen was beautiful

kids loved playing basketball/pickleball and taking advantage of the game

there are peloton bikes in the gym

we also loved the view from our room, and having the full kitchen amenities

great location - sports facilities and spa amazing - rooms spacious with fantastic views

highly recomended if your going to visit with kids

the connecting room had some loud kids but i don’t think anyone had control over that

there was no early check in or late check out as the hotel was too busy

wifi, comfortable beds, big bathroom and nice and welcoming staff

but we also love that they have a kitchen area, free laundry, and lounging space

superb large and fully equipped kitchen

fresh clean towels are provided every day and coin laundry facility on the premises is very handy

wifi works great and shower warms up very quickly
