rip off for the price and fact that none of the amenities such as pool & gym were

the concierge was so sweet. the room was huge and the in room fireplace was so nice.

we had to move to the other room with our kids

early check in and check out, rescue pets to play with, and when i complained about noise, someone

complimentary washer/dryer was a few steps away - and a fully equipped gym area as well

i also appreciated the complimentary laundry room with washers and dryers - very helpful

i particularly liked the free laundry room, the fitness area and the games room

room was large with nice kitchen

the hotel has a laundry room (free of charge) and they provide one sachet of detergent powder for free

my kids were very upset about the pool as it was one of the highlights of the proposed stay

i loved the breakfast & everyone was so friendly & helpful.

loved that we had a full kitchen in our room made the stay so much
