comfortable beds, pool and hot tub

the price was a little higher than normal. i'm assuming because of the baseball kids in town.

staff was rude, and wasn’t very clean, we had to clean the spa bath myself when we got here

pool inside and hot tube outside doesn't make any sense

for breakfast we had coffee, juice, waffles, cereal and milk, and hard-boiled eggs

down the line there could be some bread items for breakfast like small bagels or some toast

easy access to room from parking area,comfortable bed, unique shower head, nice continental breakfast

the pool and jacuzzi were closed for winter. i wish the jacuzzi would have at least been open.

staff was awesome with providing all the ingredients for s’mores in the evening and helping the kids with assembly of their s’mores

coffee machine in room, the pool has no water in it and it sounds like a large water tank is constantly filling, really loudly,

the tub after check in at 11 (hard for long distance travelers), and the jets never worked in the spa tub

the swimming pool was not up and running- one of the main reasons i picked this hotel

the pillows were nice, and the pet fee was the most reasonable i’ve ever found.
