you have to find someone and ask them to open it to get inside and out - there’s no beds by the pool, which is why i didn’t use it

the gym facilities were reasonably good for a 5-star hotel and were very spacious

pool, gym, bar - all excellent facilities. rooms were great.

security guards are awful specially the manager from security also room service takes like 2 hrs to take you the food
