check in was simple.. pool was great..beds were comfy..overall great stay

pool was advertised as heated, it wasn’t. limited breakfast and lunch selections
love the gym, the pool the bar the room, everything was excellent
exterior pool on the main level looked pretty inviting

there was bugs seen in my room by my kids
a truck driver i'm able to park my truck on the property and prices are
no eggs or any kind of meat for breakfast. the only think i didn't like .

on the sheets which is a sign of bed bugs and i had bites all over my back and butt as well as my kids

attractive, nice atmosphere, spacious rooms with modular couch , nice tv, kitchenette, cozy, good breakfast
tv didn’t work no bar no water in rooms no omelette station . breakfast was awful
very clean, free morning breakfast, hotel bar until 10pm
we were able to picnic on the patio near the pool

the restaurant, rooftop bar, fitness center and everything else is great and you don’t even have to leave the hotel
i enjoyed the two bar and restaurant accessibility.
i loved the convenience to the belk theater, and the rooftop bar was lovely.
at the bar the separation between customers could be better, did not follow the 6 feet rule
