i also called the room service and asked for a shower cap, that too wasn't available

loved the room and the room service

room service would not be available even after calling 3 times at reception

was good and breakfast was nice with limited choice

wonderful bathroom, comfortable bed, great wifi, nice staff

breakfast was excellent and location is good......walking distance from thane station..

the very limited breakfast at the adjacent eatery is the only drawback to this hotel
