i used the beautiful pool

activities on location, bright, well-equipped kitchen, roominess throughout, comfortable beds and furniture, ceiling fans, and beautiful, tall

clean quiet and lots of space. location was great. kitchen was awesome!

kitchen had everything we needed

it is nice having a kitchen area for cooking or just for snacks & drinks

due to covid breakfast was avaliable only to take

pool and spa are closed right now which is disappointing but understandable, given that many hotels have

everything except early check in charge which i declined the mirror in the bathroom was so high i couldnt put makeup

no necessarily the property, but i could hear the people at the bar pretty late at night.

breakfast was good. location was close enough, for the reason, why we went to pinetop.

had more kitchen supplies than expected

full kitchen, beautiful spa in room

loved the fully stocked kitchenette and warm and welcoming hot tub

cabin with full kitchen and clean bathroom

i couldn't find kitchen towels, but no big deal since the rest was well stocked.

accommodated early check in, nice and friendly staff. rooms were cleaned very well.
