scheduled closing times for the three bars and two restaurants might need to be revisited, particularly when

spa facilities booked for months ahead of time. pool over-treated.

selection for kids is not good but they are always willing to pull a kid friendly item from the back which is

awful experience , no sheets on bed, couldn t eat anywhere, ended up having to do room service because

wifi was terrible and unless i sat in the window seat of the room i could not receive internet

there was no mention of the kitchen being totally void of any type of utensils, etc

there was nothing in the room or elsewhere like pots, pans, coffee maker etc for the kitchen in the room

i asked for a smoking room with a walk-in shower

counters in lobby were dirty and the breakfast was all prepackaged and no milk available

breakfast was only instant oatmeals and protein bars

went down to get a little bit of breakfast at 8am and there was nothing but oatmeal packets and 2 muffins

to the actual building, you have to go thru these winding turns, uphill, past these other hotel parking areas,

very centrally located, very clean and good parking area with plenty of light.

had no lotion, could have had shampoo and condition not the all in one and the parking lot was a bit tight

floors in room were dirty. wifi didn t work. a/c made terrible noise all night.
