we didn't spend much time there but the pool wasn't working if that's important to you
in a very convenient spot to catch the city bus and not too far away the city and they do have a laundry room for guests (you have to use quarters & the office may or may not have any the store
there were no laundry amenities like advertised
location of the room was great because i wanted to go to the hard rock casino and its really close to i-4
location was great - near the casino and highways.

i did have some ants and the pool was kinda small
we didn’t have the breakfast so i can’t say anything about that
great location, nice pool, lovely staff, and we appreciate the breakfast.
a rusty razor blade was in the bottom of the pool
everything was good including the breakfast

friendly staff, large comfortable rooms and beautiful courtyard and pool area.
front desk told us that they didn’t have extra towels or blankets because the laundry wasn’t done

the staff was very courteous and efficient. laundry room was clean as well as the gym room.

to the point where all me and my wife did was stay in our room and order room service
there were no vending machines. yes there s room service but i wanted a coke.
also there was no room service menu in the room
ryan, a bartender at azure, always is so kind and professional
the panoramic views on the pool deck are blocked by trees and foliage

charges were not disclosed to us until check in time they say the charges are for a complementary shuttle service ,a $15 charge to be used at their café or coffee shop, & free bike rentals
the shuttle service really was a welcome addition
which is where the kane brown concert was the weekend i was there - plus the hotel has a free shuttle that runs 7a-11p and goes anywhere w/in a 3 mile radius of the hotel
breakfast could have been better with a live counter and more variety .
