only thing i would suggest differently is to offer more allergen friendly breakfast items, i

rooms have a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, cabinets, coffee maker and sink).

shower had incredibly hot water, all utilities worked, the tv had some decent channels, and the wifi was fast
