no wifi on room, terrible breakfast, hotel except room dirty, construction materials left everywhere

upon entry to the studio there is a kitchenet with a cooker, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a coffee machine using lavazza

staff at reception was very friendly and accommodated an early check in for us
