not anyone fault but kids hoped heated pool in winter

the fact there is a pool as well as a hot tub and a gym are
the heated pool and the gym they have
the breakfast & dinner bar was great
i like the pool to go swimming and having breakfast in the morning
and when i went to get a drink the bar didn’t have change so i couldn’t have that drink

my room was near the lobby so every single family (with screaming kids) or drunk went past my room making it impossible to get a good nights rest
