laundry near room

the laundry was clean and well kept

the laundry dryer is out

advertised laundry facilities were not functional

nice on property laundry facilities too

cafe and bar being on site were really good and the hotel is in a good location

also the bathroom was really cramped with a slippery tub/shower- no grab bar or non slip strips in tub or gritty surface to keep from falling- an accident waiting to happen

only one bar is showing

staff was nice and was nice to have the cafe and bar on site

location love the 24 hour cafe and being able to get a drink from the bar all in one building very

the nice kitchen of ingra house

we loved having a kitchen for cooking in the evenings and the bathrooms were very clean

great staff, nice and helpful. clean roo, shared kitchen and bathrooms as well.

there were laundry detergent stains as well as thinned out fabric (and holes) here and there

white sheets had some spots and the kitchen floor was a little sticky but otherwise very clean

the lobby was very nice with a nice bar area and the breakfast was one of the best i’ve ever had at a hotel…

the gym and lobby are fabulous

food in the bar was exceptional

the pool can be dirty and not always rock with towels

there was a big kitchen in our room but no plug for the sink, tea towel, dish soap etc

there was plenty of coffee in the morning i know you said the small kitchen for cooking

central kitchen, cleanness, price, value for money

the common kitchen area is well equipped with access to fridge

kitchen, coffee, and tea available

to have laundry available however there was only one machine

the breakfast is completed, and they have airport shuttle.

breakfast excellent - mimi was exceptional, room was very clean, bed comfortable, shuttle service

the laundry was a little expensive

room was across from the laundry room, if i stay again i would ask to be a little farther from it
