was beautiful, the rooms were super spacious and clean, and the pool / spa were

note that there is no 24 hour room service or kettle to make tea/coffee in the room

pool was not available, rooms where not as advertised and breakfast was so poor we went somewhere

rooftop bar entertainment could be heard even several floors down, but we were there over the new year

some noise from bar doors closed at night

there were some people making some noise outside probably because the bar was on the floor just above my room

upstairs bar area,never used chilli bar downstairs or the pool never realized there is a pool until last day

hotel has easy parking outside and loads of cafes and restaurants within crawling distance

there is free parking just outside

smooth and easy check in, all nice staff no matter which time of the day, clean room and room service, clean linen and towels , hot shower and good water pressure

1 thing when they asked your room no every single morning in breakfast section that's lil bit annoying

nice staff, the pool and restaurant was very good

clean and comfortable room and bed - spacious room and view on the ocean - tasty breakfast next to the pool - friendly staff - we liked the fact that the hotel was adult

outsiders come a lot to chill in the location, and sometimes the parking doesn't fit for everybody, it is quite small

the young guy who served us breakfast with the glasses every morning all week was an absolute asset to the hotel

i even asked a member of the entertainment staff by the pool one day and he assured me it was on at 8pm

kids club could definitely do with a fresh up

hotel was huge with a fabulous pool and the apartment was massive

evening activities were organised away from the bar so you have to choose if you prefer to watch or drink

also didn’t like how i had to end up paying extra 200 pounds for the kids when they was already on the booking

there is a nightclub, a bar, and a pool bar, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings

of all, some of the people who work there were amazing - the older lady in the kitchen who makes breakfast, the man who cooks the eggs, the waiters we met, the young lady who cleaned the room
