wifi is not working properly

parking problems

there is lots of free parking around the hotel, which was also very convenient

staff were very helpful and assisted me with a late check out due to my circumstances

is good staff are nice in reception all are helpfull and thank you for late check out till 2

room service was a bit slow as the hotel was busy.

a lot of variety every day special thanks to padam the swimming pool guard he was very good with kids and always

valet parking service at your hotel is nothing short of extraordinary

the main cons for me is to not having any kids facilities in the

modern and there’s lots of kids so even when i had work to do my son enjoyed his stay and meet new friends

wifi worked well without interruptions

the gym is a bit disconnected from the main hotel area , you have to take a separate lift

only thing missing in this hotel was bar restaurants and like this property which is very close to the beach ,

the hotel has all the facilities, an excellent beach, big pool , gym , spa etc

there seems dance bar in the 1st floor of the hotel

plus point only is the rooms and wifi service.

look like dirty, bath tub slow to remove the water, slipper, toothpaste, tooth brush, laundry bag are not

late check out is difficult to

the gym was not well kept and the pool was super small

only parking issue need to fix

room service needs improvement

no smart tv or netflix (so your kids are going to be bored)

wifi is really bad we complained and the was no update. no towels in bathroom

easy parking

plus the room service for room making was excellent

staff, breakfast and upgraded room.
