drapes was torn and was told no noise after 9:30 but it sounds like a big party was going on in parking lot

room service was very nice and prompt with my requests for what i needed in my room

wifi was excellent

the wifi connection was extremely slow. the bathtub/shower drained unusually slowly.

i was able to pay 50 bucks for a early check in.

location was perfect. nice to have a pool and comfy bed.

breakfast is comparable to any category 3 type hotel chain but available 6-11:30

pool was good for kids and the hotel was in a good location for walking to the center of town

didn’t eat breakfast there.

i didn't use the pool but it looks really lovely

wonderful gym

the upstairs bar is fun and plentiful

location , the staff, the rooftop bar , the decor esp the library and make your own lavender

however, the rooftop bar and lounge area were spectacular

room service was pricy. otherwise a good value.

i could not order a glass of wine through room service but was told i could order a bottle

beautiful hotel with great amenities - the gym, restaurant, and bar were all great

kids screaming all day at the pool.

unfortunately during our stay the pool facilities were closed

the pool wasn’t open being july we thought it would be open.

loved the deck area with the pool, dog walk, and fire pit

they have laundry machines, too

be honest we pulled up and saw that the windows were open and people had laundry hanging out of them

laundry hanging in the top floor front window. characters loitering on property.

breakfasts and the laundry facilities were down

there were no laundry bags, the shampoo seemed watered down

smelt like a old gym sock someone left the a/c off
